Guarantee and Return Policy

FūM Guarantee –

At FūM, we stand behind the quality of our product and guarantee to the original purchaser that our product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. In the event you need to exchange your FūM clearomizer, battery or charger, simply contact us at 813-407-8230 or via email at info@fumvaping.com. Please leave a message for the shipping coordinator if possible.

 

NOTE: All exchange requests MUST be in standard condition and be accompanied by a proof-of-purchase.  The request must be received within 30 days from the original purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements. If a return to our location is required, we recommend that you return the product via traceable mail as we do not take responsibility for undelivered exchanges. FūM is not responsible for reimbursing shipping fees incurred when returning products unless they are defective. Packages received without a proof-of-purchase cannot be accepted.  Liquid bottles and opened disposable products are not eligible for replacement or exchange unless original seal is intact.
